Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on thermoburn.com, operated by Development Player League Inc.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).

We do not currently ship internationally or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. International shipping may be added in the future.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days from the time of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods (holidays, promotions, product launches), processing may take up to 3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

*Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped. They are estimates, not guarantees.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected method.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 USD (after discounts, before tax)
  • Standard Shipping on orders under $50: flat rate of $5.99
  • Expedited and Express rates are calculated at checkout

Promotional free shipping offers may be available periodically — see our website for current promotions.


5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships.
  • You can track your order using the link in the shipping confirmation or directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sac@thermoburn.com.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error, contact us at sac@thermoburn.com within 2 hours of placing the order. After that window, we cannot guarantee the address can be updated.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

7.1 Lost Packages

If a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and other household members.
  2. Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number.
  3. Wait 48 hours — packages are sometimes scanned as delivered before actual delivery.
  4. If still missing, contact us at sac@thermoburn.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, at our discretion, may issue a replacement or refund.

7.2 Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address (workplace, signature-required service) for high-value orders.

7.3 Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before opening fully.
  2. Contact sac@thermoburn.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  3. We will replace the damaged item at no cost.

8. Carrier Delays

Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier-caused delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Delays due to incorrect address
  • Customs holds or local government restrictions

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues, but we cannot offer refunds for shipping delays beyond our control.


9. Multiple Shipments

Large orders or orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be split into multiple shipments. You will not be charged additional shipping fees, and each shipment will have its own tracking number.


10. Holiday and Promotional Periods

During major sales events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season) and product launches, shipping may take longer than usual. We will notify customers of expected delays via email and on our website.

We recommend ordering early during peak seasons to ensure timely delivery.


11. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and applicable U.S. state and local laws. Tax is added at checkout and shown before order confirmation.


12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
