Refund policy

At Thermo Burn, operated by Development Player League Inc, your satisfaction matters to us. This Refund and Return Policy explains when and how you may return a product and request a refund.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, returns of dietary supplements are subject to strict conditions:

2.1 Unopened Products

  • Must be in original, sealed packaging with all factory seals intact.
  • Must be in resalable condition.
  • Must be returned with the original invoice or order number.

2.2 Opened or Used Products

  • Generally not eligible for return due to safety regulations governing dietary supplements.
  • Exception: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or you experience a verified adverse reaction, contact us within 7 days of delivery (see Section 5).

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Promotional or free items
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Bundles or kits with any opened component
  • Products purchased from third-party resellers (we only accept returns of products purchased directly from thermoburn.com)

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at sac@thermoburn.com within 30 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number
    • The product(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

  3. Do not ship items back without an RMA. Returns received without prior authorization will not be processed.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, ordered wrong product): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Damaged or defective products: we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact sac@thermoburn.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping.

6. Adverse Reactions

If you experience an adverse health reaction:

  • Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if needed.
  • Contact us at sac@thermoburn.com within 14 days with a description of the reaction and, if available, documentation from a healthcare provider.
  • We review these cases individually and may, at our discretion, offer a refund or replacement.

This does not waive the health disclaimers in our Terms of Service.


7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • A refund confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.

8. Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as a return + new order:

  1. Initiate a return following Section 3.
  2. Place a new order for the desired product.
  3. The original order will be refunded once the returned item is received and inspected.

This ensures the fastest delivery of your replacement product.


9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing sac@thermoburn.com with your order number.
  • After 2 hours, the order may have already entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled — you may follow the standard return process once the package arrives.

10. Subscription Orders

If you are enrolled in a subscription program:

  • You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting sac@thermoburn.com.
  • Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 business days before the next billing date to prevent the next shipment.
  • Already-shipped subscription orders are subject to the standard return policy above.

11. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks for valid orders may result in account suspension and collection action.
